July 1st - 5th are PF5D Big and Rising star peach verities. We will then 2 weeks later begin shipping red haven (semi-cling), then the Freestone variety at the end of July.
Palisade peaches are said to be the best, simply because they’re ripe, sweet and loaded with chin-dripping juice. Fresh tree-ripened organic Palisade peaches grown by Alida's Fruits, small family orchards in Palisade, CO.
Known for a sweetness and juiciness that’s unparalleled, Alida's Palisade Peaches are great raw, baked into pastries, served as grilled peaches or frozen. If you don't like the skin, blanch them in boiling water for about a minute and dump them in an ice bath.

Palisade Peach Pie Recipe
1. Place pie shell in a pie pan.
2. Arrange Palisade Peaches in the pie shell.
3. Sprinkle sugar and nutmeg over the peaches.
4. In a separate bowl, beat the egg and cream together. Pour over the peaches.
